Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3.5 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  • Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until smooth.
  • Preheat your waffle iron.
  • Pour a ladle of batter onto the waffle iron and cook for ~5 minutes until golden brown.
